Question: why should i book through choose villa?

Answer : We might not be the best in the industry, but we strive to provide the best after sales service. Our job is not finished once the villa is booked. A smooth check-in till more than satisfied check-out is our job.

Question: what is the process of booking?

Answer : once you finalize the property you just have to give us a deposit so that we can hold that property for you. The balance payment can be done later.

Question: The rates given on the website differ from the quoted rates.

Answer : we just list the villas for the low season and rates mentioned are for the low season. The rates for peak and mid season will have to be checked by email or by calling us.

Question: whom should i contact in case of any emergency?

Answer : in case of any emergency you can call on the helpline number provided.

Question: what should we bring with ourselves once we have a confirmed booking?

Answer : You have to carry an identity card with a photograph for each of the members. Without an ID card you won’t be allowed for check-in.

Question: Can i invite my friends to the villa?

Answer : You will have to take a prior permission for inviting extra people other than the guests whose entry has been done.

Question: is breakfast is included in my stay?

Answer : you will have inquire in prior for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Question: can I put on loud music?

Answer : We can’t define the sound levels, but surely a soft music should not be any issue.

Question: is the airport transfer included in my stay?

Answer : Airport transfers are not included in the stay. You will have to pay for the transfer from airport to the property separately.

Question: can we hire a cook for our stay?

Answer : Yes the cook can be hired for your stay for a very reasonable price.

Question: do i need to pay any security deposit during our stay?

Answer : yes the security deposit has to be paid in advance during the check-in. The security deposit will be returned after the stay. It is taken just to cover the damages while staying the property.

Question: is a late check-out possible?

Answer : Any late check-out has to be confirmed by contacting us. It could be chargeable depending on the late tenure.

Question: can pre-order of grocery can be made?

Answer : The grocery can be pre-ordered during your stay. The Payment will have to be made in advance.

Answer : most of the villas are mapped on our website with proper locations.
